Day 01: Arrival at Guwahati-Shillong (130 Kms / 3 ½ hrs drive)
Meet and greet at Guwahati Airport/Station and drive to Shillong. Enroute visit Umium Lake. Check in Hotel. Overnight in Shillong.

Day 02: Day Excursion to Cherrapunjee (60 KMs / 2 hrs-One way)
Today morning after breakfast excursion to Cherrapunjee. Visit Dwan Syiem view point, Noh kalikai falls, Mawsmai caves, Seven Sister falls, Eco park etc. Later drive back to Shillong. On the way visit to Shillong Peak & Elephant Falls. In the evening, you can go for shopping at Police Bazar. Overnight in Shillong.

Day 03: Shillong – Kaziranga (325 Kms / 7 Hrs)
After breakfast drive to Kaziranga. Check in at hotel. Overnight at Kaziranga.

DAY 04:  Kaziranga
Early morning go for Elephant ride in the park. (Elephant riding time: 1st Ride- 5.15-6.15 AM; 2nd ride: 6.30-7.30 am) Return for Breakfast. After breakfast free for leisure or you can visit tea plantations, rubber plantations. After lunch Jeep safari in the Central Range. Overnight at Kaziranga.

Day 05: Kaziranga-Guwahati (250Kms/ 5Hrs)
After Breakfast drive to Guwahati. Check in at Hotel Overnight at Guwahati.

Day 06: Guwahati
After breakfast visit Kamakhya temple, Navagraha temple, Umananda temple, Balaji Temple, state Zoo. Evening River cruise over the river Brahmaputra. Overnight in Guwahati.

DAY 07: Departure
After Breakfast drive to Guwahati Airport /Station.

• Bring appropriate clothing according to the climate condition of the region. While planning to visit North-East India in winters, you need to bring some winter clothes. In summers, carry light clothes.

• Always put a personal first-aid-box in your bag. Some of North-Eastern states are very less populated, and you may not find a doctor at urgent basis.
• Carry your own communications modes, if possible. Finding a PCO or Internet cafe may be an arduous task. So, it is better to carry your own cellphone and laptop. Carrying a tour guide book will work wonder. It will help you gaining heaps of information about the region, which will definitely add delight to your touring experience.
• Instead of carrying too much cash, it is better to use your cards for any transaction. Though it may not always be a good idea, as shops accepting cards are located only at major towns.
• Do not carry weapon. North-East India is a sensitive area, and carrying a weapon may invite you serious trouble.
• Do not carry alcohol/drugs inside the premises of religious spots. It might hurt sentiments of locals.
